VERDES INNOVATIONS CUBIC LOGIC TOYS SA, as a seller, must deliver the product you order with its agreed properties and without real defects, otherwise you have the right to correct or replace your defective product, refunding or withdrawal from the contract under the following terms. In case the reason for return is due to its fault, VERDES INNOVATIONS SA undertakes to bear the costs of returning the product to its headquarters.
Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this purchase agreement within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after you or a third, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquired, the physical possession of the goods. In this case, you only incur the direct cost of returning the products.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all the money we received from you (excluding delivery costs), without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will perform the above refund using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, except in the case of cash on delivery for which the refund is made by deposit in a bank account that you indicate to us. In any case, you will not be charged for such a refund unless your bank holds a commission from you. We have the right to delay the refund until we get back and check the products.

The deadline is considered to have been met if you return the goods before the end of the 14 day period. We remind you that in case of exercising the right of withdrawal you will be charged with the immediate cost of returning the goods.
You are obliged to send the product in the perfect condition in which you received it, ie without having violated its packaging and confirming that the special markings of the product have not been removed. In addition, you must send us, along with the product, the retail receipt.
Product Returns due to delivery error
In all cases in which other than the sold items are delivered, by type or quantity, the customer returns the products for inspection and ascertainment of the error. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the company as well as the costs of resending to the customer are borne by the COMPANY as long as the method of return proposed by the company is observed.
Returns - replacement of defective
The consumer has the right to request the replacement of the product if what was delivered to him was obviously defective. In this case, communication with our company must precede and be sent back to the company, so that the replacement can follow. A necessary condition for the replacement is the products that will be returned, to be on their return to our company, in the condition in which they were received (intact packaging, without damage), and the consumer to have the invoice or the proof of retail sale. We recommend careful inspection upon receipt, in order to avoid receipt of defective products or products that have not been ordered. In any case, the maximum return period for submitting a replacement application may not be extended beyond fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt.
Prior to any return, it is recommended to consult with the company. The conditions for the replacement of a defective product or a product that does not correspond to that of the order are the following:
- Contact the company within 24 hours of receiving the product to highlight the problem by sending photos.
- Sending a product return request from the contact page of the online store, within the exclusive deadline of fourteen (14) working days.
- The product to be returned must not have been used and must be in its packaging and sealing film and / or in any other packaging delivered to you.
In most cases the shipment of the new product will be made within a period equal to the shipment time of the original and the new shipping costs will be covered by our company. Otherwise we will contact you in order to agree on a new date or compensation in case the product is not in stock. The replacement in any case will be made after the return and inspection of the defective product by the company.
